    The objective of the Mel Foster Co. Agricultural Group is to work with financial institutions, attorneys, sellers and buyers to get the best possible price out of a farm sale, whether it is one acre or 1,000 acres. In order to meet this objective, the Group offers a network of Realtor Agents who specialize in farms and acreages and an effective marketing plan which includes MLS Service (Galesburg, Quad Cities, Sterling, and nationwide in Iowa), advertising on television, in newspapers, in real estate guides and on the Internet.

    Farm Auctions

    Unlike most farm agencies, the Mel Foster "Ag Group" offers an auction service as an option to the seller. Professional auctions include broker participation and the seller will be able to choose from a list of auctioneers.

    Tax Exchanges

    The Mel Foster Ag Group will aid sellers of farm land in working out tax-free exchanges with an attorney.
